Regime is the keyword here. You should follow a strict workout schedule and you will be fit before you know it. It is easier than you think, you CAN do it. Getting past the regime and making it a routine is a great starter for your road to fitness success. Be patient and box your way to being fit, you will reap the results, guaranteed! Set yourself up for what makes it easier for you to workout. The night before prepare your gym bag and have it nicely prepped for your workout. Have a notebook if a diary will make exercising more enjoyable for you. Do whatever it takes to be fit! But, is all that training really worth my while? At Golden Gloves Fitness, there are no sign-ups, memberships or contacts. It is just you coming in and getting fit. We want you to step out of the gym feeling free and refreshed, each and every time. Our head coach, Alex, would be more than glad to answer any questions that you might have. We're open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm and on Sundays, 8 am to 2 pm. We are always looking forward to show you how to box properly and make you fit!
