making you sweat and break challenges, you can achieve the level that you always wanted. But, how do we do that at Golden Gloves Fitness?
We start by assessing your level from the 1st class (that's right first class is free!) and we continue by building you way up from there. Our head coach, Alex, is here to analyze your posture and techniques and correct you as you progress along. At GGF, all ages, levels and orientations are welcome at our health and wellness center. All you need to bring is yourself and your gym clothes. If you have any questions, please free to ask us, even if they're not boxing or fitness related. We like maintain a positive & fun atmosphere at our gym.
Your 1st class will look like this:
- Warm up, stretching and doing light cardio/ abdominal work
- Once you have broken that sweat, our coach will work on your exercising techniques
- Light bags and sometimes partner training
- Light weights and then proceeding to heavy bags
- Heavy weights and continuing onto other heavy bags, all the time being instructed by our coach
- Cool down period with the skipping rope, abdominal work and cardio
