Boxing motivation in Vaughan

A lot of people ask this question: why should I box? I don't want to compete. At Golden Gloves Fitness, the answer to this question is: you don't have to compete to box! Boxing is a great source for fitness and motivation. Feeling a bit gray? Well, come by our gym in Vaughan and lively up! At our club, we always keep a fun atmosphere that is meant for everybody! Anybody can box and so can you. It is as simple as that.

At our gym we make it easier for you to train or workout. We will teach you how to be fast with your hands and at the same time be defensive. train you boxing and share his experiences as a boxer and as a coach. There is no telling how far you can go when there is Andre around, so come by and check us out, we're located at Jane & Highway 7. So, we should be asking the question: who can box? And the answer should always be: anybody!

Just as a recap our workouts look like this:
  • warm up with stetching and/or cardio
  • light boxing exercises (light weights/ bags)
  • focus pads/ more boxing practices
  • heavy bags/weights
  • cool-off period with cardio or abdominal work.
