Working out & at the same time having fun doing it

At Golden Gloves Fitness, we maintain a fun atmosphere for all to enjoy. We don't want your workouts to feel like a drag, that is why we keep a lively setting that is full of fun and activities. At
our gym everybody is welcome to come in and improve their health and have a good time while doing it. We maintain a small to personal class size so that you can get comfortable and so that it is easier for your to get into the shape that you are always looking for!

But, let's put all the fun aside and focus on your boxing. At our gym, doing your training properly is paramount and we do what ever it takes to make sure that you punch properly, have a good stance/balance and that your overall workout is carried out correctly. We make sure that you are fast with your hands and feet and that you learn something new each and every time you come to our gym in Vaughan. We are always looking forward to it.

It is very important that you do your training sessions properly so that you can fully benefit from the effort. For example, always make sure that the index side of your fist lands on the bag first so that you do not hurt your fingers while punching & many other technique our head coach, Alex, would like to share with you. If you would like to box, do not hesitate to come by our gym, we coach anybody. You don't have to have the aims to compete, at Golden Gloves Fitness we are always here for you!
